As soon as i put in my obligatory hours at work I will be headed for a long weekend in the country. Going for weekends in the country is like being at summer camp but with wine and better food. This weekend will be no different. My aunt and uncle will be playing host to my roommate,parker, and me as well as a rotating cast of other visitors. We are expecting my sister (her b-day too) her husband, amanda, jordan, brie and rossome...in addition to country residents (various aunts, uncles, cousins, and dogs). Many many campers to play with!!!
Already scheduled are pool time, tennis (no lynnie vs. pumpkin rematch yet...i need to be ready), fireworks, yummy yummy meals, and last but not least Cheetahrita mix-off: take 2. The cheetahrita is perhaps the worlds most delicious and satisfying blended drink. It is refreshing and sweet (in a non stomachache-inducing way) with a sizable punch. So far, this delicious libation has been issued in a very limited release and getting your hands on a glass of one typically required a trip on NJ Transit. So this weekend, with all of the experts in town, we are going to perfect the recipe and make plans for broader distribution.
